Swedish - Light pressure used to to relieve tense muscles and relax tight areas in the body.                                            

 

Therapeutic-Pressure is concentrated and deeper on areas of tension and pain to reach the sub                layers of muscle and fascia.   

 

Prenatal Massage - Therapeutic Bodywork that focuses on the special needs of the mother. Massage relieves many of the normal discomforts experienced during pregnancy, such as backaches, headaches, stiff neck, leg cramps, and swelling.  Client can choose from a pregnancy massage cushion (enables client to lay face down) or side lying cushioned with pillows, bolsters, and wedges.  

 

Lymph Drainage Massage - A gentle, rhythmic style of massage that mimics the action of the lymphatic system using precise rhythm and pressure to stimulates the circulation of lymph and blood.  The lymph system is part of your body's immune system and helps fight infection.  This specialized massage is good for people with fibromyalgia, lymphedema, pre and post surgery, swelling, skin disorders, fatigue, sluggish immune system, allergies, arthritis, chronic pain and stress. 

 

Cupping/Medi-Cupping - A form of therapy in which a local suction is created on the skin. The suction and negative pressure provided by cupping encourages blood flow, can loosen muscles, and sedate the nervous system.   It is used to relieve back and neck pain, promote circulation to fatigued and achy muscles, and help with headaches and migraines.  Medi or machine cupping is effective for regaining muscle suppleness and loosening fascia.  Also able to perform facial cupping, breast cupping, and lymphatic cupping.

CBD Massage - Topical products containing hemp derived cannabinoids.  CBD's provide pain reduction and anti-inflammatory benefits.

Watsu - Aquatic Bodywork combining massage, stretching, shiatsu, joint mobilization, and dance.  Sessions are held in a 96 degrees salt water private pool in Longmont.  Waterdance which is underwater work is also available. Client is given a nose clip and guided beneath the water into its three-dimensionality.  60min/$100.  Couples session $175.
